01 — Why life coaching?

Where are you at in your life? Do you want to achieve something specific or wish to have a new level of success? Feel stuck and don’t know how to move forward? Working with a professional coach 1:1 can help. A coach by your side keeps you focused and accountable to your set goals. They will train you, inspire you, encourage you, coax you and have you discover what is holding you back. They will help you to get clear on what you want, the obstacles and how to overcome them. They will share proven strategies and tools to move you to the next level and turn your dreams into reality.

02 — Choosing your life coach

A great life coach empowers you. They will ask more of you than you would ask of yourself. They will challenge you. They are outcome driven and will hold you responsible and accountable. They are honest, great rapport builders, effective communicators, have a growth mindset, deep listening skills, are judgement free, creative and strategic thinkers.

03 — Choosing to commit

You are responsible for your life, the thoughts you think, the feelings you have, the choices you make and the actions you take. If you choose to commit to be a 5/10 you will get the results of 5/10. Commit to 10/10.

04 — Choosing your program

During our first session together we will identify what program will best serve you to get you where you want to be. We will discuss specifically what you want, your why, identify where you are now and what’s required to get you there. In my programs I use a variety of methods and systems inclusive of NLP, Hypnotherapy, Matrix Therapies, Positive Psychology, Habit Stacking, Visualisation and Mindfulness.

Choosing to believe in the possible, has made what I’ve chosen possible.
